We are pleased to announce that the launch of UCM edited volume is now confirmed; the book launch will be held in Toronto, at the University of Toronto, on June 1st, 6:30-8:30 p.m. As our book launch coincides with the Canadian Federation of Humanities and Social Sciences Congress (this year taking place at Ryerson university in Toronto), we hope to see more of our chapter authors, friends, and colleagues at the event. This event is free, open to the public, and wheelchair accessible. Light refreshments will be provided.

We have adjudicated all abstracts received before the December 15 deadline. From among over 100 abstracts, some were selected to be included in the conference. Acceptance emails will be sent out in a few days.
The deadline for abstract submissions has been extended until December 15, 2014. If you are still planning to submit but have not been able to, please send your abstract and a bio to email@example.com
